Freight info Yana has taken the approach of standardizing freight rates according
to your postcode.
These rates, will be the total cost for your ENTIRE order.

We use Toll Ipec Road Express for speedy door to door delivery of your items.
Toll Ipec Express will deliver your parcel across Australia, with next day delivery
to adjacent states on the eastern seaboard, through a wide network of depots. Toll
Ipec use the following delivery process:
- They will endeavour to deliver the goods to delivery address and obtain proof
of delivery signature.
- If no-one is at delivery address, and they have NOT been instructed to leave item,
they will leave a calling card to let you know they have attempted delivery. If
you have instructed to leave item, as per delivery instructions, they will do so.
- If courier is unable to deliver item’s to your door, it will be required that you
pick the order up from their depot.
If you are remotely located, it may take longer than quoted transit time to deliver
items to yourself.
For your peace of mind, we provide our internet based track and trace with proof
of delivery. You can access this by the link given to you in your dispatch email,
or by the link below. Alternatively, should you have concerns regarding your freight,
please do not hesitate to contact us via sales@yana.com.au.
Please note, that most items are custom made to each order. Yana is currently dispatching
orders within 10 working days, therefore you receive your order within 21 days,
including transit time.
